Tuesday 25th August we are holding a group trial day for all those who wish to be involved in facilitation with BYT.
Bright Young Things is a multi award winning drama school for young people aged between 3 – 18 with branches in Belfast and Magherafelt. We are all about igniting curiosity and encouraging self belief rather than creating the stars of tomorrow – though we might just discover a few of those along the way! Lisa is passionate about everyone, young and old, finding confidence and awareness to present their best selves.
At Bright Young Things we are so fortunate to have facilitators who are as bright, crazy and dramatic as the young people we teach! Our success lies in the quality and professionalism of the team, many who come with a background in performance and all with a wealth of experience in facilitation and a strong interest in child development. We love it when our facilitators, trainees and volunteers have other interests and talents to bring to the mix and while we support everyone with a clear scheme of work at BYT we give our skilled facilitators room to do what they do best in their own way.
Here’s to loving going to work every day!
Right now we are on the lookout for new facilitators to join our happy team for cover work and more as Bright Young Things is continuously growing. You may be suitable for lead facilitation, assistant facilitating, trainee or volunteer roles, depending on your experience.
All staff at BYT have completed at least 1 full trial day in advance of joining the team. An Enhanced Access NI Application is processed for all new team members.
On Tuesday 25th August, from 10 – 2pm at Crescent Arts Centre Belfast, we are holding a big old group trial day for all those who wish to be involved in facilitation with BYT.
